Cloud File Sharing
Make sure your team is using the best and most secure file sharing tools.
One of the best features of cloud technology is the ability to share files with anyone, from anywhere, using any device.
Data recovery: In the past, before the cloud was a viable option, data backups were physical copies that were either saved to a disk or to an external drive. Physical copies were often stored in the same place as the servers, which meant if the servers were threatened by a natural disaster, the backups were too. Cloud storage eliminates this problem by removing the physical office copies from the mix entirely. If something goes wrong , you will not need to backup or restore. You can just connect from somewhere else and get back to work. And if you are using a hybrid cloud setup, then you just have to switch over to the cloud, which should be a match for your previous server copy.
Scalable storage: When you use your own physical servers to store your business data, you have a finite amount of available storage space before you need to worry about expanding. This isn’t the case with cloud storage. The storage you have access to is scaled to your actual use. As your business grows and you add users and business units, your ability to expand your storage is easy and almost instantaneous. On the flipside, if you find you need to scale back on your usage, you can do so easily.
